Expression of aromas and flavors of a dish unique

Teatropatron hosted the July 13 event of great importance to haute cuisine: “Le Dauphin G’Inspiration .” Our restaurant was the instigator of this event which presented a unique and exclusive course in the world made with gin and tonic.

The restaurant’s terrace with superb views in El Portet de Moraira focused many people willing to taste some dishes of haute cuisine, among which were the Mayor of Teulada, Joan Antoni Bertomeu and different media, and Valencia Alicante.

The event served as a deli with incoming typical products of the French and Mediterranean cuisine, accompanied by an exclusive champagne and dish the “Gin Tonic Salmon.” This dish had a great image and made him taste justice.

The “Salmon Gin Tonic” is a unique dish that prevails in a mixture of aromas and flavors.
